Patients may self-refer. A primary-care referral is not required. We can also accept a referral slip or an internal referral from another organization, and we send regular progress updates to the patient’s primary-care provider.
A licensed provider sees patients at least weekly so instructions stay current, debridement can be performed when needed, and testing can happen promptly.
Treatment may include sharp debridement, wound vacs, UltraMIST painless debridement, advanced biologics, compression devices, and wound specimen PCR or culture testing.
We strive to see new patients within 72 hours after receiving the referral or contact information. Same-day coordination may sometimes be possible for special discharge situations.
